A native of Oklahoma, Mary H. Grabow, received her formal art training at Rose State College, Midwest City, Oklahoma.  This followed workshops by professional artist, David Laffel, Joseph Mendez, Diana McDonald, Donald Demers, Rick McClure, and Cecy Turner.  She has been a member of the Oklahoma Art Guild for 20 years and now serves as its Workshop Chairman.  

Mary’s work can be seen in Gallery One at 2927 Paseo, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the historic Paseo Art District where she also has had her studio for five years. 
Mary also teaches oil painting in her Paseo Studio.
